INTEGRATION PROCESSES ON THE LABOR MARKET AS A RESPONSE TO CRISIS IN TRANSITIONAL ECONOMIES

Abstract
In conditions of transition and globalization which bring their own costs, and respecting specifics of domestic market, the platform for future institutional activities on labor market must be clearly defined. All this implies that each element of above mentioned processes must be recognized and adequate politics must be defined, which is the main aim of this article. In this article, comparative analysis is used to define the position of Bosnia and Herzegovina compared to the countries in region, and to determine which measures must be taken in order to increase the competitiveness of BH. Observing structural characteristics of labor market in BH it is pointed out which features of the labor force must be improved in order to achieve competitive advantages in relation to the countries in region and to integrate on international labor market.
