INTEGRATIVE PROPERTIES OF LIBRARY FUNCTIONS: IMPLEMENTATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL ELECTRONIC ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article is a continuation of a number of scientific research works on scientific communication, integration of knowledge, methods and technologies on the example of the interaction in the “Library Education”. The authors defined ways of implementing integrative properties of library functions in educational electronic environment. In Ukraine, the library served as an example of educational institutions and libraries Brotherhoods in Lviv, Lutsk, Kyiv, the first municipal public library built in Ukraine in Odessa. Contributed to the development of centers of cultural and educational well-known scientists and public figures. Modern libraries have received status information, cultural and intellectual centers, education and training of normal writing and reading, turned on the system, without which further development of mankind is impossible. The rate of growth of knowledge in modern society directs educational institutions to enter the constant level providing humanity with new knowledge. In terms of modernization of training in the specialty “Information, Library and Information Science,” pressing problem is the harmonization of our education system entry into the European educational space and appropriate standardization of curricula. So special importance today is the problem of innovation in the educational process. Understanding the education system in the rapid development of the information society and global competition, has led to active development of pedagogical innovations in practice. The importance of intensification of education through the introduction of information technology innovations noted in the Draft National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine for 2012-2021. Practice shows that the introduction of distance education as the most innovative of its direction depends on the interaction in the “Library Education”, due to the possibility of joint creation and use of the necessary, under systematic electronic resource. In our opinion, the use of distance education programs primarily to build interaction of educational and library establishments in the electronic environment. To achieve this goal, through the interaction of the system Library Education created and signed to the practice of teaching subjects at the Documentation and information activities department Odessa National Polytechnic University methodological development, there are student groups whose work promotes the assimilation of theoretical material in practice, just in the information institution, adapting to the professional environment, provided the possibility of passing the full production and pre-diploma practice.
