INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY

Abstract

The article shows the experience of foreign scientists in studying the essence and category of "intellectual capital". The importance of the IR contribution to economic growth and the increase in its volume in connection with the intellectualization of labor and the transition of the modern economy to an innovative development path were considered. During the analysis of intellectual capital accumulation factors, a number of problems in the management and use of this category have been revealed. An attempt has been made to confirm the economic value of intellectual capital and help to find solutions to the related problems in such areas as innovation, entrepreneurship, competition and knowledge management. The author of the article proposed the structure of IR as the relationship of information capital and management capital within the totality of three components: human, organizational and capital relations. The process of knowledge movement as an element of information capital, its transformation into information through the influence of the knowledge management system as an element of the Management Capital is considered.
