Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific-technical level of production, economic efficiency, socio-economic progress in general which in a large extent depend on the level and effectiveness of human creativity. Increasing of the intellectual potential of science, scientific and technical innovation only can be the main indicator of sustainable economic development using of which significantly affects the amount and quality of production and consumption. The development and implementation of intellectual property rights and their protection by law enforcement agencies of Ukraine therefore is relevant and important nowadays.
