INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical aspects of intellectual property rights in the fashion industry. The design in the fashion industry are protected by such intellectual property tools trademarks for goods and services, the patent for the design and copyright. These tools are designed to protect against copying technology by foreign and domestic producers. The way to protect intellectual property works in the fashion industry are analysed.
