Abstract
In relation with the increasing role of knowledges and other types of intellectual capital in activity of the industrial enterprises engaged in difficult, science intensive production, organization of receipt of new technical knowledges became an actual task. For the decision of the indicated task the effective sources of new technical knowledges, instruments of their search, treatments and storages, and also method of development of such instruments, were offered in this work
