Interaction between World Custom Organization and World Trade Organization to extend World Trade system

Abstract
One factor that increases volume of trade is fast and low cost trade exchanges. The custom as delegation of state was responsibility to perform government in trade rotation. Many information, deeds and evidences settled for state responsible, suitable for exports and imports needs and related principles and laws with transit. These information, deeds and evidences must present via different delegations with especial systems (handy or automatic) and in written form. These vast needs with legal costs cause decline trade and they cause responsibility for trade societies and cause barrier for extension international trade. World society in these years with creates several conventions and agreements try to bring more collaboration between two world trade organization and world custom such as Kyoto convention. In reality, main goal of custom is creating more performance in trade, facilitating custom policies, create more facilitating in export and import. It is clear that now we can claim that votes for one of these organizations are disturbed without another.
