Abstract
The article explores the concept of society, the state and the right, it turns out the relationship and interaction of these categories. The characteristic is determined by the rules of origin and the impact of society on the state and law, in particular the relationship is established, the influence and interaction of the state and law. Studied political and legal relationship of a person with the state determined the state's re- sponsibility to the community, particularly in the person.
