Interconnection elements of the situation of violations established by the legislation of the fire safety requirements

Abstract
In article the elemental composition of the circumstances of commission the violations established by the legislation of fire safety requirements is investigated, namely: place, time, trace picture of the crime and the circumstances and conditions that contributed to the fire. Proved the close interconnection of these elements among themselves and with other elements of criminalistic characteristics of the studied categories of criminal violations.
