Liability of governmental business associations and its members for infringement of intercompany obligations

Abstract
The article analyses the legal reasons of liability of governmental business associations and its members for infringements of intercompany obligations. The article finds that the liability of a business association and its members for a failure to discharge their respective obligations arises out of business contracts signed between them, and provisions of local regulations. The author has studied the consequences of the members’ failure to comply with their obligation to make asset contributions.
