INTERINFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND IMAGE OF HIGHER SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

The author of the article gives interpretation to the term “leader”, identifies characteristics that are inherent to leader lecturers. Emphasis is also made on the importance of the right image, on the structure of the personal image and necessity of the right formation of pedagogical image. Here is given an example of defining the lecturer’s rank at higher educational establishment.
