THE PROBLEM OF RECOGNITION A PERSON AS A SUBJECT OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the international legal personality of a person of point of view the current state of international law. This article researches the concept, characteristic signs, features of the legal personality of the individual in international law. The article substantiates the position of a person as an integral subject of international law on the basis of the failure to maintain a unified subjective model within the framework of modern international law. The article also defines perspectives of development of the institute of international legal personality.
