INTERNAL-PERSONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHER IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL LEARNING PARADIGM

Abstract
The article analyses modern researches of the problem of teacher training. The article brings to light the essence on the concept of internal-personal competence of future teachers in the context of modern educa- tional and educational paradigms. Their main pedagogical concepts and approaches to the youth spiritual and moral education are analyzed. The structure of the concept of internal-personal competence of future teachers: pedagogical culture, moral culture, ethical and aethetical culture. The author defines its main structural ele- ments, and provides guidance on how it can be improved. The importance of native pedagogical experience on spiritual and moral education for theory and practice has been underlined. The analysis of sources and recent publications of the subject.
