INTERNAL STRUCTURE OF EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS RELATING TO INDEPENDENT EARTH FROZEN

Abstract
The article describes the internal structure of evidence in cases of crimes related to the illegal possession of land, depending on the stage of pre-trial investigation. The documents, which are subject to first seizure, are specified for the purpose of determining the object and the subject of the crime. Characterized by the purpose of proof in cases of crimes related to illegal possession, depending on the stage of pre-trial investigation. The means of proving in cases of crimes connected with the illegal possession of land are determined.
