INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract

On December 3, 2009, the Faculty of Philosophy from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius for the Institute of Special Education and Rehabilitation held the annual ceremony for the “International Day of Persons with Disabilities.” The ceremony was opened by the Dean of Faculty of Philosophy, Dr. Goran Ajdinski, PhD. Representatives from high national institutions were in attendance. Guests were honored with speeches from the President of the Macedonian Parliament Mr. Trajko Slavevski, the Minister for Labor and Social Politics Mr. Dzheljalj Bajrami, and the rector of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius Dr. Velimir Stojkovski, PhD. Among those in attendance were the Vice-Dean’s Assistant, Professor Nikola Zhezhov, Assistant Professor Toni Milevski .
