INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN SAFETY OF TRAFFIC SAFETY AND OPERATION OF TRANSPORT

Abstract
The article deals with topical issues related to the experience gained in investigating this category of offenses. The well-developed and safe transport industry is one of the hallmarks of the high level of development both of the state and of society. But on the other hand, the question arises about the safety and reliability of automobile movement and passenger transportation. For the comprehensive disclosure of the subject of the study it is necessary to conduct an analysis of foreign criminal law and the order of investigation of motor transport offenses. Grounds became the legislative base of the CIS countries, because the openness of interstate relations created the prerequisites for comparative legal research. The experience of the eleven countries, which are found in the work of foreign criminologists, is considered and analyzed, dealing with particular questions of methodology and other problems of investigation of traffic accidents. This study aims at reviewing criminal law that protects public relations in the area of traffic safety and transport operation. The growth of transport crimes became more a threat to the development of transport relations, which is typical of most developed countries. The specificity of the investigation of crimes against traffic safety and the exploitation of transport is that the similarity of this issue, given the process of Ukraine’s rapprochement with the European community, indicates the need for harmonization of national criminal law and international consideration.
