INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF THE STATE SOCIAL SUPPORT

Abstract
Introduction. The process of globalization have a significant impact on the social development of territories, bringing them to a fundamentally new quality level, which is characterized by a dominant social priorities. The talk is about sustainable socio-dominant development of the country. Purpose of the study. The author in the article pursued the goal to study the international experience of state support of the social sphere development in order to identify the types of models of the state system that can be used for Ukraine for building its own model based on the integration of various components. Methodology of the study. The author in the article uses the method of retrospective analysis in describing the historical trends and opinions of famous scientists with the purpose to identify the main elements of the social state which were formed throughout the centuries in the other countries. Results. It is proved that the economic base of the state's social policy in the course of the development of society consists of various components of the human activity and its fundamental structure. The effectiveness of the state's social policy largely depends on the worldview of the highest state officials, reflects the contradictions of economic and social justice. The most effective forms of conducting an optimal social policy in the conditions of market reforms are the targeted national programs for the integrated development of the social sphere and social reproduction. Prospects. As the result of study of alternatives of different types of social development models the best choice for Ukraine, on our opinion is to build own model of state structure, which will be based on the integration of various components, seeking the necessary balance between economic efficiency and social justice, between stimulating economic development and supporting vulnerable segments of the population, between state regulation and development of market mechanisms.
