INTERNATIONAL LABOR MIGRATION AND WAYS OF ITS REGULATION AT THE STATE, LOCAL AND PERSONAL LEVELS

Abstract
The article examines the migration process in Ukraine, the historical aspect of the development of migration. The peculiarities of labor migration at the present stage are considered. The influence of migration processes on social and economic development in Ukraine is highlighted. Emphasis is placed on existing issues. The ways of their regulation at the state level, levels of local self-government bodies and the personal level are offered.
