CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRINCIPLES OF THE FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FISCAL AND REGULATORY POTENTIAL OF FISCAL POLICY

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the fiscal and regulatory potential of fiscal policy. The author's approach to systematization of principles of formation and realization of fiscal and regulatory potential of fiscal policy is proposed. The basic classification feature is the “connection with structural elements of fiscal policy from the standpoint of a scientific approach”. In accordance with it, there are five groups of principles. Each of the latter is described in detail.
