ECOSYSTEM APPROACH TO THE ESTIMATION OF DAMAGE FROM POLLUTION OF WATER RESOURCES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of modern methodical apparatus for determining the damage from pollution of water resources. The bottlenecks and gaps of modern methodological approaches for the reimbursement of losses caused to the state as a result of violation of the legislation on the protection and rational use of water resources have been identified. Proposals on their addition with methods of assessment of environmental risk (threats) have been submitted. The general scheme of management of ecosystem estimation of damage from volley and accidental pollution of water resources is proposed.
