NETWORK ECONOMY AS A NEW FORM OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article considers the peculiarity of the formation and development of the network economy and defines its specific features in comparison with the economy of the industrial type. In the article the comparative characteristic of types of the economic system, in particular, command, market and network, are highlighted. Considerable attention is paid to the definition of the criterion and the grouping of countries, according to the level of the development of their network economy. Further perspectives of the development of the network economy are revealed.
