PLANNING THE INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Abstract
The components of the process of managing the organization performance are determined. The essence and role of planning the individual performance of employees are substantiated. Management operations and procedures of individual performance planning are disclosed. An agreement on performance is considered. The individual development plan of the employee is described.
