INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION OF WORKING FORCE: CURRENT RESEARCH ANALYSIS

Abstract

The article describes the essence and economic nature of international labor migration and its causes in modern conditions. The dynamics of migration flows of the labor force and factors influencing it are analyzed. The cause-effect relationships of this dynamic process in relation to the migration policy of the countries of the world are established. Migration processes are considered in the context of Ukraine's participation in European and world migration as one of the important factors in the formation of the national migration policy of the state, bringing it in line with European practices, taking into account the demographic situation and significant changes in the system of international relations that are caused by globalization.
