International organizational and legal mechanisms of influence on the unification of domestic law.

Abstract
International legal unification is a universal mechanism for the development of the international legal order, which is implemented in various international organizational and legal contexts. The article argues that unification occurs under the influence of international legal and organizational legal factors. The main means of organizational and legal impact on the unification of national law are investigated, their common features and peculiarities are revealed, attention is drawn to a combination and identification of legal and political instruments of influence.
