INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE EQUITY AND CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUNDS: SPECIFICITY AND DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The essence of concepts “corporate investment fund” and “equity investment fund” is explored in the article, author’s approach to their classification is proposed. The peculiarities of activity of institutes of joint investment are revealed. The legal regulation of activity of institutes of joint investment activity is analyzed.
