ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC BASES OF DEVELOPMENT OF RECREATIONAL NATURE USE IN URBAN AGGLOMERATIONS

Abstract
The article considers the essence of organizational and economic principles of development of recreational nature management and its structural elements. Defects are identified, as well as ways to improve each element of the organizational and economic principles of the nature management of urban agglomerations are proposed. The state and trends of development of recreational land use in the conditions of modern social and economic situation of Ukraine are analyzed. The basic preconditions and obstacles on the way to the sustainable development of the corresponding lands are determined. Proposals for the improvement of vectors of development and management of agglomeration recreational territories are developed.
