METHODICAL APPROACH TO THE EVALUATION OF THE CREATIVITY OF EMPLOYEES AT AN INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISE AS A COMPONENT OF INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Methodological provisions for evaluating the creativity of employees at an innovative enterprise as a component in the process of managing innovations in an enterprise are deepened in the article. As a result of the conducted research of scientific works on the solution of this problem, a set of coefficients and indicators for evaluating the creativity of employees was proposed. The function of ownership of enterprises to quality levels (low, medium, high) is constructed according to the integral indicator of creativity.
