CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING THE HUMAN CAPITAL OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article determines the place of human capital of an enterprise in its world hierarchy. The basic functions of human capital at economic levels are described. The structural-logical algorithm of detailed research of “human capital of enterprise” category is formed. The role of the person in the economic system with the emphasis of the employee as a carrier of human capital and the human as a subject of economic relations is specified. Theoretical model of the enterprise as a reflection of human role as a subject of economic relations has been developed.
