ENSURE ACCESS TO QUALITY PRESCHOOL, GENERAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article studies the main goal of state policy in education and its main objectives. Listed on the legal basis of ensuring human rights to education, what are the principles of education in Ukraine. The emphasis on the fact that one of the factors ensuring equal access to quality education is the introduction of modern information technologies in educational process in accordance with the requirements of the companies, inquiries of the personality and needs of the state. Analyzed the problems of equal access of children to pre-school, secondary and extracurricular education, as well as problems in the educational sector that had hindered its modernization to meet modern global processes, economic opportunities, and national traditions. It is indicated that the inequality in access to services for different categories of children limits their self-realization in the future and is a significant factor of inequality in society.
