PROBLEMS OF BANK LENDING TO THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the necessity of improvement of lending processes of enterprises of agrarian industry is proved; the factors influencing the development of bank lending are determined; analysis of changes in the structure of loans provided. The methodical recommendations for determining the amount of preferential credit resources necessary for agricultural enterprises, as well as changes in the mechanism of state compensation by preferential loans are proposed.
