INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AT STADIUM OF EXECUTIVE STUDIES IN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to compliance of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine with the international human rights standards. There were analyzed some of the rules of the CCP for compliance with the international human rights standard. There were determined the levels of implementation of human rights in Ukraine and features of their application.
