THE PRESENT LABOR LAW NORMS ON LABOR SAFETY AND LABOR HYGIENE

Abstract
The authors of this scientific and legal paper mades research consideration of exactly those present international labor law separate, subject-matter, regulative norms which firstly establish a range of general and/or single requirements for labor safety and labor hygiene, secondly establish obligatory systematic securing such requirements within labor relations present institution, all branch and productive systems and professional and working activity areas, and thirdly establish, regulate in detail and effectively protect complex of legal social and labor rights of representatives of all areas of professional and working activity. By means of invoking a range of UN and ILO effective legal instruments the significance of social and labor right of every working person to safe and hygienic conditions of labor is revealed.
