WAYS TO IMPROVE MEDICAL SUPPORT OF ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY

Abstract
Analyzed domestic and international regulation of work and rest of drivers. It is noted that the best way to deal with fatigue and fatigue is the rational mode of work and rest with observance of hygienic norms, that is, is the organization of the labor activities of employees, which provides for the work shift, day, month, year, maintaining their health and efficiency. In the international regulation of these issues in the countries of the European Union, the duration of work of drivers are regulated in accordance with the requirements of the European Agreement concerning the work of crews of vehicles engaged in international road transport (AETR). By the way, Ukraine ratified the Agreement on 03.02.2006. According to her, to monitor the observance of the established regime of work and rest is used a special device – a tachograph, which is installed on the car. Considered the world's first modern and highly effective system of organization of medical aid to victims of road accidents, which was established in the USA in the mid 70-ies – Emeregency Medical Service (EMS).
