INTERNET-PR IN FORMATION AND PROMOTION OF UNIVERSITY IMAGE

Abstract

The concept of Internet-PR as an element of strategic communications of a higher educational establishment, its role and place in the system of university positioning is considered. The forms of Internet-PR are distinguished based on the degree of interactivity of communication channels and involvement of target groups of the public in the generation of content, the peculiarities of their use in the positioning of the university have been determined. The role of Internet-PR in shaping its image is determined on the example of a specific higher educational establishment.
