Interpretation of the phenomenon of social state in party discourse in Ukraine

Abstract
The article studies the phenomenon of the welfare state and its interpretations in the party discourse in Ukraine. The essence of the concept of «social state», political science and legal features of its understanding of the historical context as a theoretical concept and declared goals of political practices in modern Ukraine. Noted features interpretations of the welfare state and ways of constructing discourse in the party in Ukraine at different stages of political development. Particular attention is paid to the discourse of modern parliamentary parties and blocs: including electoral program “People’s Front”, “Block Petro Poroshenko”, “Selfreliance”, “Opposition Bloc”.
