İntramusküler Thiocolchicoside Enjeksiyonu Sonrası Gelişen Ensefalopati Tablosu

Abstract
Deliryum, mental durumda günler veya saatler süren akut değişiklikler ile karakterizedir. Deliryumlu hastaların yaklaşık %30'unda neden ilaç toksisitesidir. Tıbbi öykü dikkatlice gözden geçirilmeli, semptomların başlangıç zamanı, kullanılan ilaçlar, dozaj değişikliği veya eklenen yeni ilaç sorgulaması, yasa dışı ilaç veya alkol gibi madde kötü kullanımı ve psikiyatrik geçmiş bilgileri dikkatle sorgulanmalıdır. Thiocolchicoside (Muscoril[sup]®[/sup], Muscoflex[sup]®[/sup]), kas spazmının semptomatik tedavisinde kullanılan bir kas gevşeticidir. Kolşisin yapısında olduğundan kolşisine bağlı yan etkiler görülebilmektedir ve santral sinir sisteminde depresif ve epileptojenik etkileri vardır. Bu bildiride intramüsküler Thiocolchicoside enjeksiyonu sonrası deliryum tablosu ile acil servise başvuran ve ağır bir ensefalopati tablosu gelişen, sadece destek tedavisi ile spontan düzelen bir olgu sunulmuştur. Yapılan incelemelerde ansefalopatiye neden olabilecek başka bir etyoloji saptanamamış, bu tablonun büyük olasılıkla Thiocolchicoside'e bağlı olduğu düşünülmüştür.
