Intrapreneurial Activities as a Determinant of Economic Security of Business Organizations - Specification of Ciricumstances and Dependences

Abstract
The entrepreneurship can be defined and classified in a different ways, using specific criteria. There is presented a concentration on the intrapreneurship in the article – and the aspect of intrapreneurial behavior within an organization is considered as one of the major factors that contribute the level of an economic security. This kind of organizational behavior is manifested both by the executives and workstations, e.g. the workers at the lowest management level in an organization. Therefore, both the executives and lower levels of management, by the specific activation of intrapreneurial behavior, support the activities oriented to ensuring and maintaining economicsecurity of a business organization.
