Introducing relationship between family training classes and education achievement of first grade student’s of guidance school in the Tehran’s district 6 in the education year of 2011-2012

Abstract

The aim of this research is studying the relationship between family’s educational classes and students’ achievement in the first grade of guidance schools in the region 6, Tehran in the academic year 2012-2013. Research method was descriptive homogeneity one and study sample was parents of first grade students of guidance schools in region 6 Tehran include 400 people are studying in 2012-2013 educational year. Sampling method was cluster-random and 201 people were selected according to Morgan and Corjensie. In the present study for investigating the relationship between family’s educational classes and students’ achievement with theoretical studies and internal and external backgrounds, a questionnaire with 8 questions was polled by 10 experts and after revising it was approved by the supervisor and advisor and its stability after a pilot implementation on 30 people was calculated and confirmed via Cronbach’s alpha as 0.87.Meanwhile the academic situation of the students by considering the mean of the grades in the first turn was measured and collected data from the implementation of the questionnaire with the use of descriptive statistics which included the table of normal distribution for representing the bar graph and descriptive statistics which is included spearman homogeneity and Regression and the analysis of variance for knowing whether the real meaning difference between samples with the use of analytic of SPSS were analyzed. In the obtained results there are a relationship between family’s educational classes and students’ achievement, between sessions of family’s education and students’ achievement and between the family’s educational programs and students’ achievement and success.
