Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the practical aspects of the implementation of the procedural juridical personality of third persons whoapply independent claims regarding the subject of the dispute in the civil process. The questions of the theory and practice of participation of third parties whoapply independent claims regarding the subject of the dispute in the civil process are analyzed. Appropriate conclusions have been made regarding the necessityof improvement of the current legislation in order to eliminate obstacles to the practical implementation of third parties who apply independent claims regarding the subject of dispute of their rights and lawfulinterests.
