Introduction of e-democracy in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the aspects of electronic democracy and its elements. The word democracy is one of the most used terms of the political vocabulary, therefore, e-democracy has no lack of attention from the side of politicians, scientists, governmental bodies and society in general. Author has considered approaches to determination of the essence concept of electronic democracy underlined, it’s basic constituents determined features and problems of strategic development offered directions of the subsequent use. The results of the investigation showed that e-democracy is a very important issue nowadays and the main goal in this sphere – to develop it’s understanding in our society.
