Introduction of podcasts as a means of forming foreign communicative competence of future economists

Abstract
Developed foreign language competence allows students to participate in academic exchange programs and provides the best possible employment for the specialist. The article reviews the features of using podcasts during the classes of English for specific purposes. Are analyzed interactive methods of checking listening comprehension. An overview of the most suitable resources for use in the formation of foreign language communicative competence of future economists is provided. Are described the ways of using podcasts in class in order to develop the skills of listening, speaking, mastering lexical and grammatical material. The article provides an explanation of students’ independent work on podcasts.
