Investigating and Comparing the Self-Evaluation of Principals and Evaluating Teachers from Principals in Zabol High Schools

Abstract
Present study is done with the approach of investigating and comparing self-evaluation of principals and evaluating teachers from principals. The method of research is descriptive- survey and statistical population of research is whole of education staffs in Zahedan's 1st and 2nd district which were 250 people. Sampling method is randomly. Sample size is 148 people based on Morgan's table. Instrument of research is a questionnaire made by researcher which include 38 questions and its reliability is approved by experts and then by supervisor and durability of Alfa's coefficient is 0.907. For statistical analysis we used descriptive statistical coefficients including frequency tables, average, standard deviation, statistics, and Pearson's correlational coefficient for analyzing questions of this research. Also we used SPSS software for data. Obtained results showed that between educational system and enabling staffs of education organization of Zahedan there is meaningful and positive relationship. Also, there are relationship among determining goals, policies, facilities, following educational standards and measuring needs with enabling staffs of district 1 and 2 of Zahedan education organization.
