Investigating the Effect of Strategic Entrepreneurship to Achieve Competitive Advantage in Karafarin Insurance in Fars Province

Abstract
The aim of this study was investigating the effect of strategic entrepreneurship to achieve competitive advantage in Karafarin insurance in Fars province. This study in term of goal is applied and in terms of data collection is descriptive - correlation. The population consisted of 89 employees of the Karafarin insurance in Fars province. The census sampling method was used. Instruments included a strategic entrepreneurship questionnaire and the competitive advantage that the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha 0.91 was calculated. Research data via descriptive and inferential statistics were analyzed. The results showed that entrepreneurship is an effective strategy to achieve competitive advantage and human resource management and entrepreneurial mentality affect on creativity and innovation.
