INVESTIGATION OF FUNCTIONAL PSYCHO- EMOTIONAL STATE OF CHILDREN WITH CHRONIC CHOLECYSTOCHOLANGITIS IN APPLICATION OF STANDARD AND COMBINED REGIMENS

Abstract

Studies in included dynamic changes of emotional state of surveillance of 120 children with chronic cholecystocholangitis. Established that the use of standard therapy patients increased level of well-being in a better implementation of complex treatment of tiotriasolin and ascorbic acid, rutin in combination with positive psychotherapy. Indicators of activity better compensated in terms of combined treatment with tiotriasolin and ascorbic acid, rutin in combination with positive psychotherapy techniques. After applying the standard therapy activity indices were significantly lower. Implementation of a comprehensive treatment of tiotriasolin and ascorbic acid, rutin in combination with positive psychotherapy was observed to improve the mood of patients averages on this criterion were higher than before the treatment. Note, that mental and emotional states of children with chronic illness cholecystocholangitis the method health, activity, mood greatly improved after the application of combined treatment with ascorbic acid, rutin in combination with positive psychotherapy techniques. Introduction to the processes of rehabilitation of children with biliary pathology psychotherapeutic practices positively affected the dynamics of recovery of patients and requires further methodological and practical improvement, given the specificity of the disease
