INVESTIGATION OF RAIDING ATTRACTIVENESS OF ENTERPRISE AS A FACTOR OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SAFETY AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OBJECT

Abstract
The article deals with the urgent aspects (types, causes, methods) of raiding and measures to counteract it. The thesis is substantiated that, despite the increase of scientific publications on raiding themes, there are not enough in-depth studies; therefore, it is proposed to deepen and specify them in order to develop adequate methods of protection against raiding. The essence of raiding attractiveness of enterprises is studied, a model of its evaluation is provided, and its application as a measurement of the level of financial and economic security of enterprises is proposed. It is proved that the relation of raiding attractiveness with the financial and economic security of enterprises predetermines the need to include it to the system of objects of financial management that will provide an opportunity to protect enterprises from illegal takeover
