FORMATION OF THE HIGH QUALIFICATION SEGMENT OF THE WORLD LABOUR MARKET

Abstract
The article analyzes the international labor market. The purpose of the article is to justify the new foundations of the development of interstate labor exchange and the formation of the world labor market. The subject of the study was the economic and political relations arising from the functioning of the international labor market. The article details the areas of labor emigration and immigration, analyzes the positive and negative consequences of the impact of labor migration on the domestic labor market. Private transfers and direct foreign investments into Ukraine are presented and analyzed.
