THE CHOICE OF SUPPLIERS OF COMMODITY RESOURCES OF TRADE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article analyzes and improves the methodical tools of evaluation and selection of suppliers of material resources of the enterprise. This direction of work envisages, first of all, the definition of assortment of goods to be ordered from the supplier. To assess suppliers, the enterprise systematized and characterized such methods as, of ranking (rating assessments), of estimating costs (the method of missions), the analytical, of dominant characteristics, of categories of advantages, ABC-analysis. The list of the main quantitative and qualitative criteria of suppliers’ evaluation, which includes the price of the goods, the quality of the goods, is determined, financial terms, delivery terms, service quality, supplier location, and unscheduled delivery opportunities, satisfaction of claims, company image, shipping costs, and environmental safety. The parameters and evaluation of the parameters of the developed criteria are determined. The advantages of cooperation with existing suppliers are considered, and approaches to the search, analysis and choice of potential suppliers are offered.
