КЛЮЧОВІ ФІНАНСОВІ ФАКТОРИ ВАРТОСТІ КОРПОРАТИВНОГО КАПІТАЛУ

Abstract
Стаття присвячена актуальним проблемам дослідження сутності та аналізу впливу фінансових факторів на вартість корпоративного капіталу компанії. Метою дослідження є визначення впливу стратегії управління фінансовим капіталом на формування вартості корпоративного капіталу з позиції максимізації ринкової вартості компанії. Проведено дослідження впливу ефективності управління фінансовими потоками, виділено переваги та недоліки показників ефективності управління, визначено складові вартості капіталу, а також оцінено фактори фінансової вартості кожної зі складових капіталу. Згуртовано фінансові складові вартості капіталу корпорації залежно від видів діяльності. Обґрунтовано взаємозв’язок між показниками, які впливають на створення економічної доданої вартості і стратегічний розвиток компанії.
