SPECIFICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED ASSETS UNDER CONDITIONS OF THE ECONOMICS OF SUSTAINABILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the specifics of the development of fixed assets of Ukrainian enterprises at the present stage of market transformation of the economy. Ukraine lags behind developed countries for a whole technological era due to the fact that the state does not pay enough attention to the development of scientific and technological progress, but does not focus on the latest production technologies. In the context of the Sustainable Development Concept, it is substantiated that the main directions for the further development of fixed assets should be the issues of scientific and technical progress and the optimal sources of their financing. The development of scientific and technological progress, the creation of an investment climate, and the attraction of foreign investors will allow Ukraine to renew fixed assets and compete with various companies on the world market.
