IMPROVING THE PROCESS OF MAKING MANAGERIAL DECISIONS

Abstract
The article investigates conditions and factors of managerial decisions; it is proved that the ways of improving the decision-making process in modern organizations depend on many factors, in particular, on the quality of managerial decisions. It is found that the most important reserve for improving the organization’s operation is to improve the quality of the decisions that are made by improving the decision-making process, taking into account certain rules and requirements.
